When you don’t feel like doing anything but need to get your mind off of things.

There are days when you feel like you’re on top of the world and days when you don’t feel like getting out of bed. You’re not sleepless, you’re just not in the mood. Now don’t be too hard on yourself. We all go through that cycle. But when we’re not in the mood, we tend to feel really down. And that’s not the place where you want to be.
Animals are amazing creatures. They have this magical power of instantly making us feel better. If you don’t have a pet, borrow someone else’s or go on Youtube and watch cute and funny animals compilation videos.
Turn up the volume and let your playlist go on shuffle mode. Hum. Sing along. Play air guitar. Whatever rocks your boat.
Let your body groove to the music. Here’s your chance to let it all out when you haven’t been on the dance floor for quite some time.
Put on your favourite movie, catch up on the ones you’ve missed, or just stream random movies online. Best if it’s a movie that will definitely make you laugh!

Get your creative juices flowing. It doesn’t matter if you use a DSLR camera, a point-and-shoot camera, or just your handy handphone camera.
Surround yourself with people who matter. Take time to catch up and make time to bond.
Change how you look at life and get your mind to think positive. Count your blessings and be grateful for each one of them. Daydream.
Declutter. Rearrange your bed and other furniture in your bedroom.
Go for a walk. Breathe in the fresh air. Get some sunlight. See the greeneries.
